Concerning puppets made of leather
- For ordering leather-made puppets, 50% advance payment is required via Bank Transfer
Shipping
Minimum total order cost: 30 euro (not including shipping)
- The Courier expenses depend on the volume and weight of the package and are billed upon delivery to the customer. We will inform you of the total cost by e-mail or phone after the package has been shipped.
- THE PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED FOR ACCOUNT OF THE CUSTOMER AND AT THEIR OWN RISK.
- The order may be delayed for the following reasons:
1) If the order includes products from the "Special Orders" category.
2) If the products are ordered during the a touring period of the artist while he is travelling.
3) During periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes and other circumstances that may delay the shipment and delivery of your order.
- The execution of special orders (stage etc.) and orders of hand-made figures in plastic (PVC), requires 5 or 15 days until they are shipped.
Concerning puppets made of leather
- Personal communication is required before the construction of the product begins.
- They are hand-made, with cow leather of 1mm average thickness, semi-transparent
- The average delivery time for leather puppets is approximately 60 DAYS after the confirmation of the order, due to the time-consuming process of leather
- The leather has flaws: Its thickness is not uniform, it may contain flecks from the skinning process, veins, vaccination marks, scars, nerves etc.
